Q: How do I return by mail?

A: Please click on the Shipping & Returns section and follow the steps provided for your return.

 

Q: What type of payments do you take?

A: All major credit cards as well as PayPal.

 

Q: Are the garments pre-shrunk?

A: No they are not. Please refer to the “fabric and care” section located within a product page for the best way to take care of your garment and make sure it ages well.

 

Q: What do I do if my order never arrived?

A: Please email info@koterieshop.com and provide your tracking number as well as the original invoice so that we can assist you with this as soon as possible.

 

Q: What is your response time for inquiries?

A: We aim to respond to you within 24 hours of receiving the email.

 

Q: How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?

A: Please email info@koterieshop.com with your invoice, reason for the change, and any other details that may help us as soon as possible. We will try our best to update your order, however, if it has already shipped you will have to return the item and upon receiving it we will send you one according to your changes.

 

Q: Will I receive spam emails if I subscribe to your email subscription list?

A: No. Koterie will never send you spam emails and will always keep your information private. The only emails you will get from Koterie are updates regarding upcoming drops, sales, and other important announcements.
